2009: Mailbox Monday – Monday #15
I had an interesting mix of books in my mailbox this week…
Banker, The Beans of Egypt, Maine, and The Witches of Eastwick were PaperBackSwap Box-o-Books swaps. I also requested On Writing through PBS. I’m currently taking a creative writing class, and it’s made me seek out several writing books. I have more of these on the way. The Girl Who Stopped Swimming is a review copy (and has been on my wishlist for a long time), as is Dark Places, my first review copy through Amazon Vine. Can’t wait to read them!
Mailbox Mondays are hosted by The Printed Page.
You had a good week! I’m so excited (and a little envious) that you’re in the Vine program!

Love the cover for Dark Places!

I love love love Stephen King’s On Writing – it’s actually the reason why I began my book blog! Right now I’m reading Escaping into the Open by Elizabeth Berg, another one of my favorite writing books. I really enjoy reading books on writing by my favorite authors.
Belle’s last blog post..Review: Up Till Now, by William Shatner
On writing is a great book by Stephen King. I loved his advice in that book. Happy reading.
I’ve heard On Writing is good, but I haven’t read it. The Girl Who Stopped Swimming is making the rounds this week. I received it, too. My mailbox is here.
